Why we exist

Too many young people have potential but lack access, guidance, or belief from their environment. Young Community Talent was created to change that narrative. We believe talent deserves a platform, ideas deserve support, and young people deserve to be taken seriously. We are committed to building a space where youth feel motivated, represented, and empowered to chase bigger goals without feeling like they have to do it alone.

Creating a world where every young person is able to reach their highest potential by connecting raw talent with  opportunities in a supportive community network.

Our vision is to build a future where young people are recognized for their potential early, supported intentionally, and given real opportunities to thrive. We strive to create a connected ecosystem where talent, resources, and mentorship meet allowing youth to grow with confidence, purpose, and direction.

Our talent pool includes, singers, dancers, hair stylists, barbers, DJs, and more.  We work with both established and emerging talent, and are proud to represent some of the most talented young people in Michigan
